COVID-19: What we are doing to keep our customers & employees safe

The safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. As we begin to reopen our shops for dine-in and outdoor patio seating, we’re taking some additional steps to keep everyone safe and healthy. In addition to being in compliance with local and state mandates, we are also taking the following safety measures:

  • All customer touch points [doors, handles, counters, fountain machines, napkin dispensers, condiment holders, etc] are sanitized every 30 minutes.
  • One dedicated employee is in charge of sanitizing tables and chairs after each use.
  • Employees will receive temperature checks at the beginning of each shift.
  • Employees will continue to wear gloves and masks.
  • All tables are spaced 6 feet apart. Where that is not possible, we will stager seating so guests are able to maintain social distancing while dining with us.
  • No customers waiting in the dining room. If the room is at capacity, customers must wait outside.
  • Our mobile pickup and contactless delivery options will continue to be available.

Furthermore, we will have a QR code on every table that will direct guests to our menu. Simply scan the QR code with the camera on your phone, and our menu will pop up. We will also offer single use menus for those who prefer physical menus.

June brings a summer salad, a new ‘beyond meat’ special, two-cheese garlic bread, and ‘double dough’

As summer weather rolls in, and towns begin to relax social distancing regulations, we’re rolling out several new options that we’re excited about. While our dining rooms are not yet open, each of the below items are perfect for pickup and delivery (don’t forget about our mobile pickup and touchless delivery options).

Double Dough:
We built OTTO on our thin, crispy crust. We make our dough ourselves daily, from scratch, using our original recipe. And, although we’re known for our chef-driven flavor combinations, many live and die by our crust. We won’t fix what isn’t broke, but we have been experimenting with a thick crust option for a while now, and we’re excited to announce that our Double Dough option is now available (for large pizzas only) at any OTTO location.

Thin crust will always be our first love, but we think you’re really gonna love this doughy, thick, but airy option too. The same OTTO crust you know and love, but double the dough!

Taco-Seasoned Beyond Meat w/ Pico De Gallo & Cheddar:
Our June special is custom made for warm weather. This beauty features taco-seasoned Beyond Meat, pico de gallo, with tomato, onion, jalapeƱo and cilantro, topped off with cheddar cheese.
This pie can be made vegan with a substitution of Violife mozzarella shred.

And, don’t forget — throughout 2020, $1 from each Monthly Special pizza will be donated to local programs working to end child food insecurity in the region: Cooking Matters in MA, and Feed Kids in ME.

Two-Cheese Garlic Bread Sticks
Our house-made dough glazed with garlic butter and lightly topped with mozzarella and asiago, baked to perfection, and sliced into twelve breadsticks, OTTO’s Two-Cheese Garlic Bread Sticks are perfect as an appetizer or snack, or kid-friendly option. Each order comes with pomodoro dipping sauce. House-made ranch or blue cheese options are also available. Perfect for on-the-go, takeout, or delivery.
